Bubbles

Did you know bubbles work better in colder weather? I don’t know the science behind it, but we have observed bubbles lasting longer when the weather is cold. Maybe the cold air freezes the water and keeps the shape in tact longer? Maybe the heat evaporates the water faster and causes the bubbles to pop faster?

Whatever the reason, we had a lovely recess playing with our bubble wand, up and down the driveway. Becca earned this wand by telling me her alphabet and rhyming words. We have a little store set up for these activities and she had to save up 50 points to afford the bubbles. She was better at saving her points after buying and eating all the chocolate options.

Congratulations to you if you can spot the bubbles in each photo.
